What happens if I need more than my plan includes?
Work outside your plan is quoted separately at fixed fees, with your plan discount applied. Nothing extra is ever charged without your agreement in advance.
Is there a minimum term?
Plans are billed monthly with a 3-month minimum term, after which you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice.
What does “unlimited advice” mean?
Unlimited day-to-day telephone and email advice on your business’s legal questions, subject to our fair usage policy. It covers guidance and queries — substantial project work such as litigation or conveyancing is quoted separately at your discounted plan rate.
Does unused advice time roll over?
No — advice time is per calendar month and does not roll over.
How do we get started?
Choose a plan and we’ll be in touch the same working day to complete onboarding — KYC verification and a client care letter, as required by Law Society regulations — and introduce your solicitor.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from the start of any month.
