This notice explains how Plus Promotions Limited collects and uses personal data when you use www.onlinelegalservices.ie. It is written to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, postal address.
- Order details: the templates you buy, order history and invoices. Card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Enquiry details: anything you write in a contact form, email or chat message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
- Processing your order and delivering templates: performance of a contract.
- Replying to enquiries and providing customer support: our legitimate interest in running the Site.
- Sending marketing emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
- Keeping accounting and tax records: legal obligation, kept for 6 years.
- Securing the Site and preventing fraud: legitimate interest.
4. Solicitor referrals
We do not currently have a referral arrangement with any solicitor’s practice. Where a matter needs a solicitor we link to the Law Society of Ireland’s Find a Solicitor directory and we do not pass your details to any practice. If we add a referral partner in future, this notice will name the practice and describe what is shared with it.
5. Who we share data with
Service providers who act on our instructions: our payment processor (Stripe), website hosting, email delivery, analytics and customer-support tools. We do not sell personal data. Data is kept in the EEA where possible; where a provider transfers data outside the EEA we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: 6 years.
- Enquiry emails and messages: 24 months from the last contact.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
- Technical logs: 12 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or erase it, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Email info@onlinelegalservices.ie. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, 6 Pembroke Row, Dublin 2, D02 X963, www.dataprotection.ie.
8. Security
The Site uses HTTPS. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. Payment card data never touches our servers.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date at the top.
