20. Business Legal Plans (Subscription Services)
20.1 Scope
Business Legal Plans are fixed monthly subscription packages providing ongoing legal support as described on our Business Legal Plans page. Each plan includes only the services listed for that plan. Work falling outside a plan (including litigation, conveyancing, corporate transactions and substantial drafting projects) is not included and will be quoted separately in advance at fixed fees, with any applicable plan discount applied. No additional work is undertaken or charged without your prior agreement.
20.2 Term and Cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance and are subject to a minimum term of 3 months. After the minimum term, you may cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice to [email protected]. Fees already paid are non-refundable once the monthly service period has commenced.
20.3 Fair Usage
Where a plan includes “unlimited” telephone and email advice, this covers reasonable day-to-day legal queries relating to your business, up to a guideline of 8 hours of advisory time per calendar month. We will notify you before any usage beyond this level and agree next steps. Advice time included in a plan applies per calendar month and does not roll over.
20.4 Payment
Subscription fees are collected monthly by the payment method agreed at onboarding. If a payment fails, we will notify you and reattempt collection; services under the plan may be suspended if payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days. Onboarding requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification and issue of a client care letter in accordance with Law Society of Ireland requirements before services commence.
20.5 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan with effect from the start of the next calendar month. We may amend plan pricing or inclusions on 30 days’ notice; if you do not accept a change, you may cancel without penalty before it takes effect.
