Plus Promotions Limited is not a solicitor’s practice. Work of this kind is carried out by a solicitor regulated by the Law Society of Ireland. We are not a solicitor’s practice and do not provide it — to instruct a solicitor, use the Law Society of Ireland’s Find a Solicitor directory. We publish legal information and sell self-complete document templates. We do not give legal advice, we do not prepare documents for you, and we do not take instructions about your own circumstances.
Matters that need a solicitor
Under the Solicitors Acts, certain work can only be done by a solicitor for a fee: preparing documents relating to property or estates, preparing documents for court proceedings, lodging Land Registry applications, and preparing papers for a grant of probate or administration. Pages on this site about those matters are information only. To instruct a solicitor, use the Law Society of Ireland’s Find a Solicitor directory. We do not recommend or introduce any particular solicitor.
Templates
Our Digital Documents are standard-form templates with guidance notes, drafted for use in the Republic of Ireland. You complete them yourself. If you want a solicitor to review a completed document, find one through the Law Society directory.
