How OnlineLegalServices.ie works
We publish plain-English guides on Irish law and sell self-complete legal document templates. We are not a solicitor’s practice, so the process is simple and nothing involves a solicitor on our side.
1. Find what you need
Browse our legal templates or read a guide. Each guide explains the topic, tells you when a solicitor is required and links to the Law Society of Ireland’s Find a Solicitor directory.
2. Buy and download a template
Pay the fixed price shown on the template page by card. The download starts straight away and a copy is emailed to you. Templates come in Word format with guidance notes and a completion checklist.
3. Complete it yourself
Follow the guidance notes to fill in the template. If anything in your situation is unusual, or the document relates to property, estates, court proceedings or family matters, have a solicitor review it before you sign.
4. Where a solicitor is needed, instruct one directly
Conveyancing, probate, wills, litigation, sworn documents and legal advice must be provided by a solicitor regulated by the Law Society of Ireland. We do not provide these and do not refer or introduce clients for a fee. Find a practice through the Law Society of Ireland’s Find a Solicitor directory and ask for a written costs estimate before work begins.
