Construction, Development & Planning
Construction, development and planning services cover the legal side of building in Ireland: planning permission conditions and compliance, section 5 declarations, exempted development questions, building agreements and site purchase contracts, JCT and RIAI-style construction contracts, disputes with builders, retention and defects claims, and the certificates of compliance a purchaser’s solicitor will demand when you come to sell.
Work of this kind is carried out by a solicitor regulated by the Law Society of Ireland. We are not a solicitor’s practice and do not provide it — to instruct a solicitor, use the Law Society of Ireland’s Find a Solicitor directory. You upload the planning file, contract or correspondence and receive a written opinion or a drafted document. Where a matter needs an engineer, architect or planning consultant as well as a solicitor, you will be told so before you pay, and the price of the legal work is agreed in advance.
Builder contract reviews, defective work claims, snag list rights, retention applications, planning issues and neighbour objections. Irish solicitor advice. Nationwide Ireland.
