Company formation in Ireland is the process of incorporating a new private company limited by shares (LTD) with the Companies Registration Office (CRO). This is a digital, self-complete limited company formation: you complete it online from a guided questionnaire. It is for founders and business owners who are comfortable providing their own company details and want a low-cost way to set up a limited company. No solicitor reviews your answers or the finished formation at this price.

Once incorporated, a company has ongoing obligations, such as filing an annual return with the CRO each year and keeping its statutory registers up to date, so it is worth planning for these from the start. If your structure is more complex, for example with several shareholders, consider having a solicitor of your choice draft it.

What’s included

  • A guided online questionnaire to complete the formation
