Forced sale (partition) advice in Ireland assesses your case and explains the route to a court-ordered partition or sale, with cost and timeline. A co-owner refusing to sell can, in some cases, be required to by the court under the Land and Conveyancing Law Reform Act 2009, but the application must be done correctly.
