Guide only — this matter needs a solicitor. Under Irish law this work must be carried out by a solicitor, so it is not sold on this site. The information below explains what is involved so you can brief a solicitor with confidence.
OnlineLegalServices.ie is operated by Plus Promotions Limited, which is not a solicitor’s practice and does not give legal advice. To instruct a regulated practice, use the Law Society of Ireland’s Find a Solicitor directory.
The Growing Business Legal Plan is a fixed monthly subscription for Irish SMEs that want ongoing access to legal services from a solicitor without employing in-house counsel. Each month, the plan includes up to 2 hours of legal advice, contract reviews and drafting, employment law advice, debt recovery guidance, company secretarial queries and priority response times, plus an annual legal health check.
The minimum term is three months, and you can cancel any time after that with 30 days’ notice. Work outside the plan is quoted separately with your plan discount applied. See our Terms and Conditions for full plan terms.
Having a solicitor who already knows your business typically means questions can be dealt with quickly, and issues can often be addressed before they become disputes. The annual legal health check gives you a structured review of your key contracts, policies and compliance each year.
