Land Registry Folio Review

A Land Registry folio review in Ireland gives you a written plain-English summary of your folio and folio map. A solicitor would read your full folio and map and explains who owns what, what burdens are registered and what to do about any issues. Folios are written in legal shorthand, and one missed entry can cost you a sale, a mortgage drawdown or a boundary dispute.

You can upload your folio, deeds, contract, photos or other documents through our secure link; a solicitor would then typically review everything before preparing advice. There is no hourly billing: the price is fixed for the service described.
