What Is Included Each Month?

Your monthly retainer includes: up to 2 legal queries by email or phone per month (contract questions, employment queries, GDPR questions, general legal advice), a 24-hour priority response to all queries, 10% discount on any full service ordered during the retainer period, and a monthly check-in on any ongoing matters.

What Counts as a Query?

A query is a legal question requiring a solicitor’s advice and response — typically answered by email within 24 hours. Examples include: “Is this contract clause enforceable?”, “Can we dismiss this employee for this reason?”, “Do we need to register with the RBO?”, “Is this a reportable data breach?”

Cancel Anytime

There is no minimum term — you can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. The retainer renews monthly until cancelled.
