An online Will in Ireland lets you set out who will inherit your estate and who will administer it after your death. This is a digital, self-complete Will template for Ireland, completed online from a guided questionnaire. No solicitor review is included at this price. It may suit you if you have straightforward wishes and want a professionally structured Will at the lowest cost.

A Will must be signed and witnessed correctly to be valid in Ireland: it should be signed in the presence of two witnesses who are present at the same time, and a witness, or the spouse or civil partner of a witness, should not benefit. A surviving spouse or civil partner also has a legal right share that a Will cannot simply override. If your affairs are more complex, a solicitor-handled Will is recommended.
