A separation agreement independent legal review and sign-off in Ireland gives you independent legal advice before signing a binding separation agreement, often one agreed in mediation. We are not mediators: mediation is conducted by an accredited mediator under the Mediation Act 2017. Work of this kind is carried out by a solicitor regulated by the Law Society of Ireland.
