A site boundary review in Ireland compares the folio map, Tailte Éireann (formerly OSI) mapping and what is on the ground before you buy or build. We compare the maps with on-site reality and flag boundary risk. Sites are often carved out of bigger folios, and the map and the fence rarely match exactly.

You can upload your folio, deeds, contract, photos or other documents through our secure link; a solicitor would then typically review everything before preparing advice.
