The Start-Up Legal Plan gives new businesses and sole traders in Ireland ongoing access to legal services from a solicitor for a fixed monthly fee. The plan includes up to 30 minutes of legal advice per month, review of one document per month, email support and a 10% discount on additional legal services. It is for founders who want a solicitor on hand as their business grows, without hourly billing for everyday questions.

How it works
- Find a solicitor through the Law Society of Ireland’s Find a Solicitor directory and send them the basic details and any existing documents or correspondence.
- Complete a short questionnaire about your circumstances.
- Once the plan is set up, you can use your monthly advice time, document review and email support.
- Advice and document reviews are provided by email or call during your plan.
