Business Legal Support Premium gives established Irish businesses ongoing legal support from a solicitor for a fixed monthly fee. It includes unlimited telephone and email advice (subject to a fair usage policy), employment contracts and HR support, commercial contract drafting and review, company law and shareholder advice, data protection guidance, quarterly legal strategy meetings, and priority service with discounted rates on litigation, conveyancing and corporate transactions.
