A better way to buy legal services in Ireland
OnlineLegalServices.ie was founded by Dylan Holland to answer a single practical question: why does accessing good legal advice in Ireland still require so much friction?
The traditional Irish legal experience is slow, expensive, and opaque. Phone tag. Billing by the six-minute unit. €800 quotes that become €4,000 invoices. Physical office visits for work that should have taken place by video and e-signature. A pricing model that rewards unclear scope.
We built the alternative: an online platform with fixed-fee pricing published on every service page, a written turnaround commitment on every piece of work, and regulated legal services provided by an independent Irish solicitor’s practice..
Who does what
PLUSOLS LIMITED operates OnlineLegalServices.ie. PLUSOLS LIMITED is not a solicitor’s practice and is not regulated by the Law Society of Ireland. PLUSOLS LIMITED provides the platform, the service catalogue, client intake, technology and administrative support.
Regulated legal services — legal advice, drafting, solicitor correspondence, conveyancing, probate and representation — are provided by an independent Irish solicitor’s practice through the solicitor’s regulated practice. The solicitor and practice responsible for your matter will be identified to you as part of the engagement process.

Dylan Holland — Founder
Dylan Holland founded OnlineLegalServices.ie to rebuild how legal work is bought and delivered in Ireland. He is not a solicitor and does not provide legal advice. All legal advice, drafting and supervision is carried out by an independent Irish solicitor’s practice, subject to that firm completing its onboarding requirements and accepting the instruction.
Dylan’s role is building the operating model: the service catalogue, the pricing framework, the online delivery platform, the response-time commitments, and the growing library of fixed-fee legal packages that Irish businesses and individuals can buy like any other professional service.
Based in County Cork, Dylan works with an independent Irish solicitor’s practice, support staff, and clients across Ireland. He is contactable by email for strategy and commercial matters; legal questions are handled by an independent Irish solicitor’s practice and routed through the standard client intake process.
What this means for you
When you use OnlineLegalServices.ie you are dealing with two separate things:
- an independent Irish solicitor’s practice. — your legal work is carried out by a qualified solicitor, covered by that practice’s professional indemnity insurance, and subject to Law Society of Ireland regulation. Solicitor–client privilege applies to your dealings with that practice.
- An online service platform — fixed fees, online delivery, written turnaround commitments and no hourly billing surprises, operated by PLUSOLS LIMITED.
The combination is deliberate: the same professional protection you would expect when instructing an Irish solicitor, delivered in a format built for 2026 — not 1996.
Complaints about legal services should be directed to the solicitor’s practice responsible for your matter, and may be escalated to the Legal Services Regulatory Authority. Complaints about the platform, billing administration or the website should be directed to PLUSOLS LIMITED.
