How is this different from the Cap Table Legal Health Check?
The Health Check (€295) is a comprehensive written audit including CRO cross-checks, document consistency analysis, and a full priority-ordered fix list. This consultation (€195) is a faster, conversation-first format — we identify the top issues live together and give you a shorter written summary. If you upgrade to the full Health Check within 30 days of the consultation, the €195 is credited toward the €295 fee.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Upload your cap table (whatever format — spreadsheet is fine), your constitution, and your shareholders agreement. If you have issued SAFEs or convertibles, include those too. Ideally share these at least 24 hours before the call so they can be reviewed in advance.
What if my cap table is a mess?
Perfect — that is when this service pays for itself fastest. We will help you work out what the actual cap table is (many founders do not have a single accurate version) and flag the hygiene issues. Complex remediation is priced separately.
Can you model dilution for my next round?
Yes — one or two likely next-round scenarios included. If you want multi-scenario investor-deck-ready dilution models, the full Health Check or Investment Readiness Pack is a better fit.
