How it works

On purchase we open a joint matter and send both spouses a single secure intake form covering identity, US state of last residence, Irish address, visa position, IRAs / 401(k) / pension balances, US property, Irish property, and beneficiary wishes. A solicitor reviews the file within 3 working days and schedules the joint consultation. Drafts of both Wills, both PPSN packs, and the Stamp review are delivered together for cross-consistency. Final signed PDFs and witnessing instructions are delivered within 3–4 weeks.
