Auto-Enrolment Pension Compliance Pack for Irish Employers
Ireland’s new state-run pension scheme — My Future Fund — is here, and every employer has to act. If you have even one employee aged between 23 and 60 earning more than €20,000 a year and not already in an occupational pension, you must enrol them, deduct contributions through payroll, and keep auditable records. Get it wrong and you are exposed to WRC complaints and Revenue follow-up.
